I just read the unofficial transcript for Erin Hunter Chat 7, and I saw that Vicky said book 5 of OOTS will be called The Forgotten Warrior. I thought to myself... That's a cool name. Then I wondered Who is the forgotten warrior?. At first I thought Rock perhaps? Maybe Sol?, and then it hit me... HOLLYLEAF! Okay, I don't really know that it's Hollyleaf. But I do have good reason to believe that Hollyleaf is alive (See my post here.), and the name certainly fits doesn't it? Again, I don't know for sure that this is what the book is referring to, and I could be wrong, but I have a hunch... HERE IT COMES!!! (Sorry, I had to say that.)

i agree with your motives from ur post. jayfeather and lionblaze never said she was dead, one of them said "it's over" the other said "She's gone." no one has ever confirmed that she was dead. plus, she could have easily dug out during the drought. i guess things will be clearer throughout the series.

It would certainly make an interesting story if she tried to take over the Clans. That would explain a bit about the huge fight between the dead cats and the live ones. Perhaps Tigerstar would return to fight on Hollyleaf's side? He might want to achieve this goal with Hollyleaf on his side, after having failed on his own. Hawkfrost, also, had tried to combine the Clans with Brambleclaw, and Darkstripe had always been Tigerstar's sidekick. The whole Dark Forest would enjoy helping Hollyleaf take control and possibly end up helping as combined leaders.
However, would Hollyleaf except help from traitors, if she really was still obsessed with the warrior code? I'd find that hard to believe and very unrealistic. So that probably isn't what would happen. And if Hollyleaf attempted to take over all four Clans alone, she would fail miserably. So the result would be her being kicked out of the territories to become a rogue.
I also don't think she would become a rogue willingly, so that leaves only one option. Merely returning to ThunderClan to be a normal warrior. I think that is what she will do. After all, as the most loyal cat that has ever existed in the Clans, Hollyleaf would be the last to try and turn them all into one Clan. She, of all cats, would know how wrong that would be.
That is my opinion. She will probably end up becoming a regular warrior of ThunderClan, as she once was. Or so I think - and hope. She has always been one of my favorite characters.

The forgotten Warrior is definetly Hollyleaf. Who else would it be, Stormfur?

also, something else. In fading echoes, after Jayfeather attacks Tigerheart, when Tigerheart leaves, it says Jayfeather found another scent on the border. It wasn't Tigerheart, but he said the scent was awfully familiar. That sounds like Hollyleaf, right?

Is there even any proof that she returns as a villain? I'm not challenging you; I'm honestly curious. I want to know all the facts I can about Hollyleaf's return.

First of all, Ravenpaw isn't even a Warrior. Second, Stoneteller will be most likely dead by the time this book comes out. Third, Stormfur appears in the 4th book of Omen of the Stars, so he's definetly not the Forgotten WaRRIOR. Foruth, nothing to argue with, because it is definetly Hollyleaf!!!! Last of all, it's not Loudbelly, cause he's a stupid, backround character who only appears in a sentence, or if he's lucky, two sentences, in one book.
